I illustrated a playful, detail-packed poster for the environmentalist activism group Ad Astra, created to celebrate World Bee Day.
The client requested to describe the different roles within bees' society. To do so, I imagined humanised bees doing plenty of activities, enriching the composition with multiple narrative layers.
The poster helped visually support an article on the importance of bees in our ecosystems and will soon be printed and sold through the client's online shop, turning it into both an educational asset and merch.
It was a lovely opportunity to explore how illustration can gently carry a message, spark curiosity, and support a meaningful cause.
